This is the best Captain D's we've ever been to, the seafood and sides are always hot and fresh every time we've visited the Cornelia, GA location. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the order is correct every time. The only thing we've seen lately is they have been out of clam strips the last two times we've visited. Nope.. ruined Captain Ds for us. Soggy chicken, and hush puppies. The fries weren't even fully cooked.. Shrimp had us wondering if fake shrimp is a thing seriously is it? not sure what that was) Threw it all out... Oh and the wait .. being the only person in line, it should not have taken that long.. especially for under cooked soggy gross slop. View all feedback.
Today, James, the cashier and waiter, was very friendly and the food was excellent. I would give my experience a 5-star rating. Keep up the good work!
This is one of the best Captain D's locations! It is clean, has great service, and serves delicious fresh food. Highly recommend!
The meal was just as delicious as always, but there was an unpleasant incident where two employees, who appeared to be managers, were arguing in the sales area while we were dining. This occurred around 1:15 on Tuesday afternoon, the 28th. I found this behavior unprofessional and disruptive to the dining experience for customers.
Large fish and garnel at a reasonable price. faster friendly service.
Nasty just nasty and I love captain D's but come on y'all learn how to fry fish I just ate a bite of half raw fish before realizing it's not cooked right
