Feedback
While some reviewers had a less than positive experience at this Cork restaurant, others had a much more enjoyable time. The vegan options were tasty but not clearly marked, requiring assistance from attentive staff. Despite small portion sizes and some soggy dishes, the service was good and the food offerings were varied and delicious. The cozy atmosphere and helpful servers made for an overall comfortable dining experience. Special mention was given to the beef enchiladas and chilli prawns, as well as the vegan cheese options available. A mixed but generally positive review for Tedos in Cork.
Great experience! We'd never had tapas before and the girls serving us explained everything to us and recommended dish servings etc. We got dishes and the bread between two of us. It was all delicious! We couldn't fault the food, service or price at all! We will definitely be returning when we are back in Cork!
Dined outdoors in the new Princess St. street dining setup. Great atmosphere on the while street, and the service, staff and food complemented it perfectly. The ordering process was cool, menu was available via QR Code on your phone… so no need to handle typical menus. Choice of tapas style (small portions) or “normal” sized dishes. Tapas has a wider selection for sure, but great choices all round though. We choose several of the tapas between three if us, and none of them disappointed! I read some on the reviews prior, and the poor ratings don’t make sense to me…. as the food was fresh, full of flavour, and exactly the portion size you should expect for a tapas. Staff were so nice, friendly and attentive. As is the way with tapas, you tend to order a fair bit, so the price did creep up to around for three of us, but we ordered about or dishes, so not too bad when you put it in to perspective. But still the reason I rate stars, as you do need to factor in a drink or two also then. If you’re expecting big full plates of food, then perhaps don’t go to a tapas restaurant, but if you want a wide selection of fresh and tasty tapas styled and sized dishes, then you have to try this spot out!
