I usually enjoy dining at Subway, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a steak meal deal that included a sub, coffee, and a cookie. However, my footlong sub had only two small scoops of beef. When I asked for a bit of BBQ sauce, the staff added way too much. There were barely any cookies left even though it was early lunchtime. To make things worse, I was given a cup and told to use the self-service coffee machine because their coffee machine was broken. Since they didn’t have the cookie, I was charged $10.70 instead of the $9.90 meal deal price without being asked for my preference. When I brought this up, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the prices and indifferent to my concerns. Notably, there was no line at Subway while other nearby food stalls had long queues, which suggests this may be a frequent problem. This was only my second visit, and it was worse than the first. I will not be coming back for a third time. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this Subway location.
I went here for a quick bite. The staff was really nice and polite. He made a wrap for us exactly the way we wanted. It was delicious.

The customer service is really awsome, they take care of the customer really well, and the foot is always better. This place is highly recommended. Thank you subway team.
