We arrived without a booking and had to wait for 15mins but well worth the wait. Staff were friendly and apologetic for us waiting (even though it was our own fault). Friendly hard working floor staff, trying to cope with a food service model that fails customers. It took 40 minutes for our starters to arrive and they were of poor food quality. While we waited for our meal, I lost count of how many takeaway orders were despatched. You're either a restaurant or a take away. Which is it? Woefully understaffed and the pizza plates were cold. Go to Bella Napoli instead to see how a proper pizzeria prepares and serves food. And the final insult? That will be the 80 euro bill...
