I... read more I went with my daughter after the movies two Fridays in a row. The chips were cold both times and the chicken was not as succulent as it should be, like KFC. I complained the following week and had the same experience again. It seems like either the staff is not properly trained or they do not care. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I visited KFC Mahon Point in Cork on Saturday, Februa... read more I grew up thinking that KFC was a tasty treat, not something you would eat every week or even every month. I visited KFC Mahon Point in Cork on Saturday, February 11th, and anyone who orders from there should definitely check their order before leaving. I live an hour away and thought I would bring home a treat for dinner. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered boneless and boned chicken, which was tasteless and not up to the usual standard of KFC. On top of that, the side orders were missing from my bag. This isn't the first time my order has been messed up at this location. The staff seemed to have trouble understanding my order, and even though it was a quiet time of day, my order still came out wrong. The service was extremely disappointing, and I believe the staff at this location need more training in customer service. I have had much better experiences at the KFC in Little Island, and I think the manager from there should come to the Mahon Point store to improve the service. Overall, my experience at KFC Mahon Point was very disappointing, and I will likely not be returning.
