Eco Fish is a passionate project inspired by our love of fish and the vibrant food scene on MacCurtain Street, where foodies have long awaited another great fish and chips shop. Established in the Marina Market and Douglas, Eco Fish is led by Dave and Chris, seasoned chefs and restaurateurs, alongside Norrie, who returns to Cork with experience from Michelin-starred restaurants in Dublin and London. Together, they aim to elevate and perfect the simple yet timeless dish of fish and chips.
