Char Grill - Feedback

What User likes about Char Grill:
I went here for the mix grill kebab when they first opened which is quite a feed chargrilled pieces of lamb, chicken and mince kebabs on a flatbread with salad and sauce. Since then I have been back every once in a while for...various snacks like paninis, chicken wings etc. I haven't tried their pizzas but they looked good so that's the next one on my list! After waiting for two hours for our delivery, the food arrived cold, soggy, and missing items from our order. We had to feed the kids the cold, hard food as it arrived so late and they had to eat and go to bed. We sent back my husband's and my orders for fresh ones, but were then asked to pay for them.
