After waiting for two hours for our delivery, the food arrived cold, soggy, and missing items from our order. We had to feed the kids the cold, hard food as it arrived so late and they had to eat and go to bed. We sent back my husband's and my orders for fresh ones, but were then asked to pay for them. The food is also Halal which is good for me as I have some Muslim friends. The place is a bit small but ok if you're just with a couple of people. It's more like a snack bar actually. Overall it's a good place and a welcome addition to the list of McCurtain street restaurants. One last point their Americano is excellent which is very important for me!
After waiting for two hours for our delivery, the food arrived cold, soggy, and missing items from our order. We made the order, received half of it, and still had no food for myself and my husband. Our evening was ruined and we are absolutely disgusted. What was supposed to be a nice family evening turned into a nightmare, with cold food, multiple phone calls, and a stressed out family. We will not be ordering from there again.
I tried the mixed grill kebab at this restaurant when it first opened, which consisted of caramelized pieces of lamb, chicken, and mint kebabs on a flatbread with salad and sauce. Since then, I have gone back for various snacks like paninis and chicken wings. I haven't tried their pizzas yet, but they looked delicious so that will be next on my list! The food is also halal, which is great for me as I have Muslim friends. The restaurant is a bit small, but suitable for a few people and more of a snack bar atmosphere. Overall, it is a good addition to the restaurants on McCurtain Street. One last point is that their Americano coffee is excellent, which is very important to me!
We waited two hours for our delivery, only for it to arrive cold and soggy, missing some of our order. We had to feed our children the cold, hard food as it arrived so late before putting them to bed. My husband insisted on ordering fresh food for ourselves as the children couldn't wait any longer. We were then shocked when they asked us to pay for the food. We placed our order at 5:35, but it didn't arrive until 7:40. We sent back half of the food and as of 8:30, we still haven't received our complete order. Our evening was completely ruined by this experience. What was supposed to be a nice family evening turned into a nightmare of cold food, multiple phone calls, and a stressed out family. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
