I visited the restaurant at 9:25 pm, hoping to enjoy a nice burrito after a long journey. When I paid, I was told the burrito was take-away only, which was disappointing, especially since it was raining outside. While I understand the staff are under pressure and work hard, the online information states the restaurant is open until 10 pm. It would be helpful if the restaurant could clearly communicate any early closing times in advance to avoid such situations. I appreciate the staff's efforts but hope this issue can be sorted out for future customers and I found it to be a inconvenience. The staff did let me sit down but I practically had to beg and for the food it’s nice I can’t say anything but good .

Usually very quick service, but around 8pm on a Friday (5th June 2026) service was very slow. Queue was building up, but the manager was taking temperature of food and not helping other staff. It took us 20 mins to order and then another 2 mins waiting at the till as the person assigned there went on break and the manager has gone to the back. Thankfully the person in charge of deliveries noticed and jumped on the till. Very disappointing service but food is good as always. Hope this gets sorted out.

Fav spot, blues lost out after covid by not doing sauces at the table anymore and veg quality went down. Zambreros has lovely flavour. This place will make you wiggle your toes while you dig in. Large bowl quantities and one of the staff members is the most enthusiastic guy of all time he makes the burritos taste 10x better and deserves to be brand manager.
