Feedback
Many patrons have had mixed experiences at this restaurant. Some have praised the food while others criticized the service and staff behavior. One customer highlighted a disappointing visit due to poor service and inaccurate orders, while another found the food quality to be hit or miss. However, there were positive mentions of an efficient and friendly waitress, delicious roast beef, and well-organized events. Overall, the restaurant seems to have its ups and downs, with elements that could be improved, but still, many people enjoy the atmosphere and offerings.
Nice big under cover outdoor area, with two megga TV's. Very good food, at ok prices too.
We have been here many times food has always been lovely staff are extremely friendly helpful however on each occasion the managers approach to customers especially to staff needs improving
Went for a break from work for a roast dinner. Firstly when we went in it wasn’t busy at all, and we had to go up to order cause no one would come to take it. The two bartenders just chatting up there ignoring us. There was two tables next to us that had plates on them from when we got there till half way through the food, basic hygiene and cleanliness is just not there. The food was not great at all, vegetables still nearly frozen, mash was okay and chicken was at best average. Asked for gravy and they took so long that everyone had finished their plates. Went to pay and said it wasn’t great and the bartender got very cheeky and started trying to cause a scene, bare in mind that was the same guy who couldn't get gravy within 15 minutes. Would avoid at all costs, even go next door to the garage and get a pre made sandwich, would still be nicer than this “food”
Had coffee AND COMPLIMENTARY scones and lunch with my colleagues in this well managed, comfortable and extremely clean establishment, would like to thank Darragh and Alison for their company and professionalism,,,this was the first time and certainly won't be the last time on these premises
