Feedback
Nestled within a charming garden center, this restaurant presents a blend of delightful treats and service hiccups. Diners rave about the vibrant atmosphere and fresh offerings, particularly the breakfast items and delectable cakes. However, the dining experience is often marred by slow and disorganized service, leaving guests frustrated with long waits and table assignments. While standout dishes like eggs benedict shine, issues with certain food quality dampen enthusiasm. Overall, patrons appreciate the pleasant surroundings and occasional friendly service but hope for improvements in organization and consistency to elevate their visits.
We have visited here many times but today was a let down the womens toilets were out of use and there was a sign directing women to the wheelchair toilet and I found this to be blocked reported it to the staff a nd I soon saw the manageress going in to try and sort it but to no avail a sign was then put up on the door directing women customers to the men's toilets this was not good enough surly there is a service available for holidays for such breakdowns maybe the staff block could have been opened to the women I would not have ordered food if I knew about this first unacceptable
We called in for lunch and were very disappointed. The soup was tasty, but cold. The pizza margherita was so small at €8 that it would not have fed 1 child no details of size were given on the menu so we presumed it would be a normal sized one. Absolute rip off. And 2 out of 3 of the women's toilets were out of order, and the 3rd was filthy. Won't come again.
Dropped in for a coffee and two small smoothies. The dearest place so far in relation to price that I have been. Informed I couldn't take a seat unless I queued behind the food line to be assigned a table. A staff member overhead and assigned me a table. Coffee wasn't great. Seats were ripped. Will not be going back.
Food coffee good. Customer service Staff very poor indeed. All 4 service staff that we encountered between ordering, paying, coffee/hot drinks maker and table food service person hadn't a notion on how to address a customer. Customers treated like irritants; clearly these service staff didn't want to be there /or had not been given any customer service training. Compares very poorly with the personable and efficient service in their Perry St (city) location.
