I don't often write reviews but the staff were so welcoming I couldn't miss the opportunity to offer praise. Not only was I pleasantly surprised with my roo... read more I was staying at the Commons Inn recently and ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed the night I was there. Not only was I pleasantly surprised with my room I was really impressed with the standard of the food and the service. I had duck spring roll, an exceptional shank of lamb, an americano coffee and a glass of excellent white wine all for €20. Incredible value and quality. Service was extremely friendly and efficient .I could not recommend the food here highly enough.
