Staff are great. Early bird menu is great value. The building itself is interesting, as it's an old Turkish bath house. Food is delicious.
As I hadn't been to Jacob's for a while but had great memories of the place I was excited to go back to great food and great service unfortunately this was not the case. On entering we were ignored for a good five minutes which set the tone for the rest of the evening, good manners cost nothing and they were lacking. The food was good ,not exceptional as it used to be,orders were muddled and the attitude of staff was haughty. Its a shame as the place is so beautiful ,perhaps a chat with staff on the benefits of being hospitable wouldn't go amiss
