Description
A cozy restaurant with nice staff and a warm atmosphere, serving some hit-or-miss dishes. While some diners were disappointed by bland burgers and insect encounters, others found the curry to be exceptional. The quesadillas were a letdown. However, overall, the service was praised for being attentive and professional. Despite some mixed reviews, the restaurant seems to have regulars who have been coming back for years. It may be worth a visit for the friendly ambiance and excellent service.

I was visiting cork at the start of Feb and had breakfast. I have to say it was one of the nicest breakfast I’ve had out in a LONG time! The staff were super friendly and they were super accommodating to swap out items, it was also cook perfectly and tasted really delicious. It’s very hard these days to find a breakfast that tastes nicer than you would cook at home! Oh and the coffee was also really good! Highly recommend!
Lovely service! The place is very charming as well! We had the soup of the day and a sandwich that were both delicious! Totally recommend it.
I went for brunch and the experience was excellent. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and they were perfectly prepared: the eggs were cooked just right, the hollandaise sauce was creamy and well balanced, and the bacon had a great texture. The bread was nicely toasted and sturdy, which really makes a difference with this dish. The service was outstanding. Fran looked after me and was attentive, friendly, and very professional throughout. You can tell when someone genuinely cares, and it really enhances the overall experience. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended for brunch in Cork.
