What Mari Lopez doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Came through at night ordered chicken quesadillas and a chalupa combo just to receive 2 chicken quesadillas with jalapeños wich I did not order with jalapeños and no chalupas just 3 soft tacos. Called in to speaker to a manager just to speaker to a very rude lady whos says she is the manager and that I got exactlly what I ordered wich was soft tacos. Wich I did not.Not polite or any customer service at all. View all feedback.
Ordered quesadilla. Quality of food is bad and preparers don't even bother to cut them anymore. Never again.
Where is the cinnamon and sugar on the twists? None at all. They were also out of onions when they are in a parking lot of a grocery store.

This is all about customer service...I've worked in food for 35 years... so customer isn't always right, but the restaraunt should try to make the issue right if at all possible.There was something very wrong with my Mexican pizza. I hated to take it back in, but because it tasted like something was old I thought it might be a good idea.I didn't blame the workers for my food tasting bad not their fault if it was old cheese or if someone didn't dump the fry grease. I talked to the young man at the counter who was almost rude when i told him it tasted bad For sure took a few bites to realize it really was bad not just my taste...He said he needed to call the manager... he then said what do you want? A refund no, just give me something different. I got a chalupa to replace it. Perfect and was good.But that boy and his attitude was horrible.How hard is it to say, I'm sorry what can we do for you or I'm sorry that's happened let me talk to the manager and see what we can do.Simple as that.I'll call manager tomorrow just may be could coach the staff about how to deal with resolving issues without an attitude.
