The young lady that took our order, a POC, was outstanding!... read more This was my 1st time for this chain and have been wanting to try it out. Several comments to share. The young lady that took our order, a POC, was outstanding! I went to the beverage area and dispensed myself some unsweetened Tea and as I went to drink it, it had the same smell as old stagnant water. It was disgusting, I poured it out and dispensed myself some more tea and it had the same repugnant odor. I took it to the cashier and she smelled the same thing. She then took it over to a woman whom I assume was her Manager and the manager balked at it, refused to smell it and she did nothing about it. She basically ignored the whole situation, turned back and went about her business. The young lady at the cashier totally took command, offered a clean cup and instructed me. to help myself to a different type of beverage. We had ordered 2 beverages but the other member in my party didn?t want any part of th beverage area. So the young lady who took our order came over and offered an extra side for the inconvenience. This young lady was the epitome of Customer Service and she should be recognized for that. I would come back to this location because of her. As far as the manager. I would never come back to this location because of her inaction and complete dismissal of us, her customers. The young lady that was the cashier should be the manager of this store and this manager we encountered needs to go,to,Customer Service training.

The hushpuppies,... read more I read previous reviews before going so I wasn't expecting a super fast turnaround. Two family meals took a little over 15 minutes to receive. The hushpuppies, corn nuggets, green beans and fried pickles were a hit. The chicken was really pale and not a golden brown. I think a few minutes in the air fryer and they'll be fine. Mixed feelings on the fish. I had a coupon so I wasn't too disappointed, but I was hoping for better and a reason to return. The inside of the store was clean. The employees were polite, but not friendly. No one smiled.

I never spent less than $40-$50 every time I visit and the food is fresh and hot... read more I have been a frequent customer of Chicken E in Corinth, TX for over 10 years. I never spent less than $40-$50 every time I visit and the food is fresh and hot but they ALWAYS!!!!!! forget the freaking Okra. I called the manager when I got home andnoticed it happened again. And she said next time I come they will give me family side. OK you are giving me what I should havehad to start with???? Really. With today 's gas prices it was not worth the drive back to the store for something they forgot.But seriously, check your orders before you drive away. I usually do based on previous experiences but the one time I trustedthem and didn 't check they screwed me. I know they deliver via Door Dash and Uber Eats, they should have sent my missing sidewith one of them instead of offering me a free side on my next visit. NO you are giving me what I should have had anyway.Jeez. and these people want $15 per/hour.
