I experienced the worst service I've ever encountered. Having worked in fast food a few years back, I understand the challenges that come with operating on Sundays, but this situation was truly unbelievable. In my view, there was a complete breakdown in management. I used to visit this restaurant regularly, about twice a week for several months, and I was quite satisfied with my experiences. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case.
