Yesterday we o... read more We love chili's and order often. We have bought the gallon margaritas to go and it tasted like soap both times we ordered it. it was undrinkable. Yesterday we ordered our usual rib eye steak meals which are to die for. however, they gave us sirloins maybehoping we wouldn't notice. they were chewy and not ribeyes. we will most likely have to go pick up our orders from now on sincethey lack consistency. the food is usually really good.

I enjoyed a refreshing unsweetened iced tea along with a delicious salad, perfectly cooked broccoli, and a protein of my choice for the day. She really knows my preferences well!

I brought this to the attention of the manager, but he didn’t seem to take it seriously. Overall, the management left something to be desired, and I was concerned about the cleanliness of the staff.

My burger was just ave... read more My daughter's cheese fries, while served in a hot pan, were unfortunately cold inside; the cheese appeared old and had a plastic texture. My burger was just average, and the fries were lukewarm. Her chicken tenders were also not up to par. The restaurant’s interior was poorly maintained and not very clean; the little payment device on our table was covered in dust. I’m baffled as to how the health department hasn’t intervened. Chili’s is in dire need of an upgrade, a remodel, or at least a thorough cleaning to enhance the atmosphere. I understand that staffing shortages due to the pandemic have been tough, but that doesn’t justify the subpar quality of the food or the overall cleanliness of the establishment. I don’t intend to return, but I sincerely hope things improve for the sake of future customers.
