We made reservation online, needed to pay 200 euro in advance, cancelled because our holiday got cancelled but never received our money back. They are not responding phone and e-mail although we tried 10+ times.
There is no question they best enjoy the tasting menu. there are too many unforgettable courses to count. you build on the next. the chef and the waiting staff can ask vegans with money penalty and trust. the sommelier knows their things - from the 20 varietals they will fit their taste and their budget to the curses. the courts themselves are interpretations of Catalan terroir best sat with generous time on their side. on the fourth cursor they will be higher than a kite. bravo to tito and christina and their extraordinary employees do not forget the architecture team that recently moved them into the hiptest newly invented rooms of a former flour mill.
The room, the food, the wee are fantastic. the most important is the professional team that runs the place! we'll be back soon.
Chef albert sastregener invites you to taste so gastronomic creations in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. the menu starts with a varied contrast salad, follows for example with a tibia potato terrine with butl squids and ceramics, and ends with the emulsified soup of pineapple and lime with coconut raviolis and passion fruit. the place has a beautiful terrace.
