This is a gem of a restaurant in Catalunya. We were here during a cycling trip and impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. The chef and staff were welcoming and it was definitely one of the best meals we had while visiting the area!
Wonderful menu with lots of variety Relaxing lunch on on the patio with attentive service. Artichoke Salad was refreshing, tender smoked pork ribs.
After a tip from a local we had a very nice and lovely diner at Raku on the terras with the family. Very nice service and the food (tapas) were all excellent.
Everything would be great if this restaurant served some food, it is a reference negative example of Catalan catering establishments. Sunday morning, the restaurant opens without food, with fried potatoes and chips. When you ask for a croissant, they tell you that they are a restaurant and they don't have croissants with coffee, but you can choose fried potatoes with mayonnaise, or chips, with coffee... That says all... And their arrogance does not bear any responsibility, we wanted to see at least a few more objects in these surroundings and we could not do it on Sunday morning, hungry. They were one of the few operating catering establishments (I cannot call them a restaurant, because they are irresponsible) on Sunday and they do not bear any responsibility to feed tourists in these wonderful places, get ready to stay hungry, if you do not agree to dine like in the army. In the morning we visited at least a few restaurants, but they, as agreed, refuse to earn money and send you as far as possible. We had breakfast at Casa Moner, near the BP gas station at the exit from Bisbal towards Palamos. By the way, Casa Moner is the only salvation in these lands in the morning.
