I ordered a pizza meal for myself and my child. At the end of the order, I was asked if I wanted a slice or a whole pizza, and I confirmed it was a slice. However, I received only the slice without any chips. When I pointed out that I ordered a meal, they insisted I only ordered a slice. To make matters worse, the pizza was hard and cold. It was a complete waste of money!

I had a terrible experience at Asda Cafe. I waited 15 minutes to be served only to receive a cold breakfast. The poor woman working alone was juggling the till and food preparation, handling rolls with bare hands right after dealing with cash—there were no basic food hygiene practices in place. I saw eight customers walk away due to the long wait, while two men stood by, chatting the whole time instead of helping her serve. The menu could use a serious overhaul in terms of service efficiency.
