Despite a disappointing dining experience, with inconsistent food quality and poor service, the atmosphere and reasonable prices at the restaurant were noted as positives. The carvery system received mixed reviews, with some finding it odd and others enjoying the experience. On busy nights, the staff handled the influx of customers well. The Wednesday night carvery was a hit, with tender meats and a variety of delicious vegetable options. Reviews also highlighted friendly and attentive staff, a great selection of cakes and cookies, and a fantastic pub ambiance that made for an overall positive experience.
Have been meaning to attend for while. Was not disappointed the food is nicely priced and cooked beautifully. Staff friendly and quick service. Most definitely going to be a hot-spot for us going forward
They do a nice carvery and have a good menu aswell, great service and a lovely restaurant. It's slightly pricey compared to some other carvery restaurants but it's good.
Had the Beer battered fish and chips along with mushy peas. It is absolutely brilliant highly recommended, and I'm a returning customer
Went with the whole family for Sunday carvery. They couldn’t do enough for us! Great service, great food great atmosphere. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
