Over 25 minutes later still the food wasn’t delivered. I went inside and the food was in the bag on the counter, (cold of course). The employees would not get me fresh food. The manager refused to refund the money. Go to the exit further south in Corbin or the exits further North in London. Their service isn’t much better though. Like taken out of a fridge and microwaved for 30 seconds cold. It only got colder as you got to the center. After reading some other reviews I'm sure they pre make certain items and pop them in the microwave. Had I known I would have used the pilots microwave I'm sure it works better. I already take my own order, may as well let me make my own food as well and I'll pay you for materials.

Ordered a large meal, gave a small drink and forgot the large fries. Fries my daughter got with her happy meal was ice cold. Chicken nuggets were hard, and they forgot the nugget sauce for my nuggets and for my wife's order of them too. Do not go to this McDonald's!

I pulled thru drive-thru wa... read more Worst mcdonalds I ever been to. Waited 10 min in dt. Didn't move an inch, finally just left. Two weeks ago, my son wanted mcdonalds. I pulled thru drive-thru was told by employee they cld only accept cash. I said ok, then when I went to order, employee said, I can't take your order because my manager says we are closed. It was 10pm and they are a 24 hr mcdonalds. I live close to this mcdonalds. Service at most mcdonalds i have been to is terrible. I would never go to mcdonalds but I have a son t
