Service is rude everytime I go there. Tell you to remind them about sauces when you get to the window instead of just putting it in the stupid system. Then ultimately forget the sauce anyway. Will not be getting my business at this location ever again Food: 1

This restaurant has the worst management and customer service in the country, despite being a flagship location. Mr. Sanders would be ashamed of his legacy at this first location. Tina is definitely not the best choice for management. Food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5.
I expected better from a place that claims to be original. The chicken I received looked like it had been sitting out all day and the portion of white meat was surprisingly small. The service was for take out and I ordered dinner, costing $10-20 per person. I would recommend trying the slaw and pot dishes.
