At Bojangles, we were told to pull over and wait for our order to be brought out to us, along with several other cars that arrived after us. We ended up waiting... read more At Bojangles, we were told to pull over and wait for our order to be brought out to us, along with several other cars that arrived after us. We ended up waiting for twenty minutes while watching others receive their food. An employee eventually approached, apologized repeatedly, and explained that the staff had been reprimanded. When we asked about our order, she said it needed to be remade. When it finally arrived, the chicken was tough, the fries were burnt, cold, and bland. The sweet tea had an unpleasant, strange taste. Overall, our experience with Bojangles' menu was very disappointing.

The food is excellent, the prices are affordable, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming. I waited 20 mins for my food, when the lady brought it out, she was rude, the order was missing things, I said... read more The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I waited 20 mins for my food, when the lady brought it out, she was rude, the order was missing things, I said it was, she then was mad I made her go get what I was missing. Once she brought it, no sorry, or apology for messing it up to start with, nothing was said. She basically threw it at me and walked away! Stay classy Corbin
