We both waited patiently; at least the guy... read more Upon entering, I saw one gentleman in front of me getting his sandwich made, and another customer came in behind me. We both waited patiently; at least the guy behind me seemed to be patient, just as I was. The man in front received his sandwich, paid, and sat down to eat. Then, the young employee (I hesitate to call him a boy; he seemed quite young) walked to the front of the counter just as I was getting ready to place my order. He mumbled something about the system being down and informed us that it would be 25 minutes before he could take any more orders. I was taken aback, and the guy behind me asked if he could pay for his sandwich now so it would be ready in 25 minutes. The employee fumbled and wasn’t sure if that was even possible, mumbling something about needing to check with his boss. I repeated what he had said, confirming that it would be a 25-minute wait. The other customer, visibly frustrated, decided to leave, and I followed suit. I’ve never experienced anything like this at either location before, which has me wondering what’s going on. I plan to look into this "system" issue and will post again once I find out more about it.

Everything was organized and t... read more I took my niece to this restaurant for a sandwich, and it was our first visit. The place was very clean and had a pleasant aroma. Everything was organized and tidy. The staff took their time with her order and crafted her meal with care; the sandwich was put together nicely, without any mess. I would definitely return to this location. They have these raspberry cheesecake cookies that are absolutely amazing—I ended up getting a dozen!

My only issue is that the meat and cheese tend to end up in the center fold of the bread, causing the vegetables to be placed on the outside of the sandwich.
