Okay, that's great! I can only imagine the line envelope at the door during the ski season. On this special day most activities were closer to the base of the mountain and on this side of the bridge things were quite calm. We had the terrace to ourselves and enjoyed a mixed margarita, mahi mahi tacos, and the potato taco. Everything was excellent and particularly good considering that it is really a fast casual restaurant. We would definitely return.
Great portions and delicious flavors! Mahi is very casual, but has high quality food. The menu is limited, but a la carte options make it easy to create something you want.
We love this place! Jon and the cook are great! They are fun to go and add to the experience. The tacos are by far some of the best everywhere. Try the pig bell you will never eat another way after! The place is small and when busy you can wait for 15min to get your food, but it is worth waiting. Order a Margarita and enjoy the view.
Calm down! The mahi mahi taco platter was great. And cheaper when I expected they were right at the resort.
I love this place. They have some really unique options here. My favorite of which is the Flaco Taco followed closely by the Forager. It is nice to have a fast casual option at the base of Copper Mountain. They can get busy so I recommend planning ahead. There is not much table space either so big groups are tough to do anything but take out. They have recently added hot sauces, which only makes thing that much better.
