Overall the brisket is c+, it’s fine but nothing special. They could do better. Had little smoke flavor and frankly i think they fast cooked it. Pretty tough . Beans were pretty good View all feedback.
This is a small hidden gem in the copper mountain. seriously one of the most delicious bbq spots I had in colorado. I came a night after snowboarding with a few friends and hit the parks so we ran on empty until calories go. we decided to live a little. young, oh young, we lived. I ordered the 2 meat plate from brisket, ripen and Mac cheese. everything was cooked and perfectly seasoned until it didn't even need BBQ sauce in my opinion. one of my friends got a brisket sandwich and the other one pulled pork sandwich that they both saved over their choices. as always, if they are in the opposite and do not see further in the mood for bbq, this is their place.
Best food and bar on the mountain. Large ribs and a cheap bar?!? Sunny spots attract beautiful afternoons between slopes or apres skiing.
This is a little hidden gem in Copper Mountain. Seriously one of the most delicious bbq spots I had in Colorado. I came a night after snowboarding with a few friends and hit the off-road parks so we go to empty until calories. We decided to stop and live a little. Boy, oh boy, we lived. I ordered the 2 meat plate from brisket, ribs and Mac cheese. Everything was cooked and perfectly seasoned to the point that it didn't even need BBQ sauce in my opinion. One of my friends got a brisket sandwich and the other one got a pulled pork sandwich that they both saved over their selection. Anyway, if you're in the area and don't see in the mood for BBQ, this is your place.
There's nothing better than BBQ after a morning in the trees. The bride was delicious. The location is convenient, directly at the American Eagle Lift. Nice dining area to relax and rest the legs with a beer or two at the end of the day. I've been here many weekends. Food is always great. In addition to the Briske, the pulled pigs and ribs are also excellent. All are good for the pages, but I like the fries and beans. If I'm not in the mood for BBQ, I usually go for the fish and chips and this option is good. My wife loves the big salad with meat, usually for the pulled pig or turkey. If you are in whisky, the selection and prices are some of the best I have seen everywhere. Weller 12 year for $10!
Amazing, friendly staff, we had the pulled pork sandwich and ribs. Just get the ribs, though everything was good. 10/10 would recommend
