I really appreciate that their chicken nuggets and fries are always served hot, so much so that we often have to let them cool down before eating. Unfortunately, this isn't the case at many other locations. However, I do have one complaint: I frequently find a spicy chicken nugget mixed in with my regular nuggets. I'm not sure if this is a mistake in the order or just an oversight, but it happens too often. This is particularly problematic if the nuggets are for children who may refuse to eat them if they burn their mouths. Not to mention, it can lead to accidents if they sip their drinks too fast and then need to rush to the bathroom due to the heat. It seems like they assume a child won't be served unless a kids' meal is specifically ordered. On a positive note, we buy the Frosty key tags at the beginning of the year, which offer a free Frosty with any meal, and that’s definitely worth it! 5-29-2022

The high-quality service I received at this establishment seems to be quite rare. The cashier was friendly, professional, and efficient. My food was served quickly, and I am very satisfied with both the service and the quality.

The only downside was the chicken sandwich, which I found to be quite greasy, but that seems to be a trend across all Wendy's locations.

It was peak times (internal time) and wen... read more I eat Wendys at least once a week and usually the same exact meal. That was my first time I had eaten from this place. It was peak times (internal time) and went into the drive thru, but the line moved quickly. I ordered 5 different meals and all were correct. I went to the park a few minutes after I got our food and after we had eaten it, everything was still warm and delicious. I always get the #10 grilled chicken. I have to say this was the best grilled chicken I've ever eaten from Wendy's. (and I have eaten a lot) My nephews also loved their meals.

They remembered my extras, (crackers and hot chili seasoning) and the food was delicious and nicely prepared. Especially the junior bacon cheeseburgers! French fries were cooked just right! Had some good old Wendy's chili for dessert!
