What User doesn't like about McDonald's:
Stopped in for breakfast on way through after pulling out of motel .Ok for just a quick brekfast while in town of an egg and bacon bun but really there is not much you can say about McDonalds as they are all the same in any town with the same food. The shop was clean so all good. View all feedback.
I visited the McDonald's drive-through in Cooma and ordered a large hot chocolate. Unfortunately, it was disappointing as it tasted more like water than a rich hot chocolate. This experience has put me off getting hot drinks from McDonald's in the future. Additionally, the service was extremely slow on this particular visit, with a long wait in the drive-through despite there being no other cars ahead. Overall, it was a disappointing experience on August 3rd, 2023.
Just terrible. It always is!! Management there need a real kick in the pants. 20 min wait, as per previous visits. Left out half the order, as per previous visits. We have voted Cooma maccas the worst so far!
Always dirty, always slow to get food out. One of the worst I’ve been to!! But it’s always like that ! Lift your game guys!!!!
40+ minutes in drive thru at 7:15am… why?! Appalling management is the only reason. Put a sign up and tell people if you’re short staffed and taking a long time to cook orders/make coffee. Let people choose if they want to be completely stuck for 40 minutes for below average food and coffee. And better yet, say “sorry for the wait” when you finally take payment!
They only gave me five nuggets and no sauce I was looking forward to my nugs so disappointed The lady at the drive through also was not very enthusiastic and didn’t let me finish ordering my shake : I was forced to have no drink I couldn’t shake
