Cooma Hotel

We placed our order and they lost our order and after 40 minutes of waiting, she said I can reorder your meal but it will be half an hour. When I asked for a refund I noticed I was out of pocket by $11.00 so I was also overcharged.

We came here by chance just when the happy hour (actually 2 hours) was just about to start on Saturday afternoon. It was a bit quiet at first but soon livened up with plenty of locals in. It looks like the pub has been done up and it was very clean and modern with good beer and food.

The specials menu's change regularly to give a variety of great food, but they do run out fast so best to get in early with specials, all other food on the menu is fresh, tasty and highly recommended. As for the boy who works in the public bar, dont bother even getting a soft drink from him, he is arrogant, thinks he knows everything and treats customers with an incredible amount of disrespect. He has NO IDEA on how to make a cocktail.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch today at Cooma Hotel. Unexpectedly good pub food at pub prices. The veg bowl salad and chicken burger a standout.

I have never had food from a hotel so beautifully presented and just the right amount. Then the taste, I'm too polite to lick the plate. Our rotary group had the same experience
