Jade Palace Chinese Restaurant and Motel

Shower was dirty and had not been cleaned from previous guests as there was soap and hair in the bottom of the shower, I called the front desk up and all he did was throw the soap out and turn the shower on, to wash the hair away he had NO disinfectant cleaner, NO bleach. they have NO bath mat, NO face washers, NO hand towel, NO Television, NO fridge, NO milk, NO blankets, NO spare pillows, NO top sheet on the bed all they had was the bottom fitted sheet and a light weight summer doona for the winter, the doona cover was in need of a wash as it was also dirty and the towels need replacing, they had marks on ours, they have a kettle and cups/saucers BUT the cups/saucers where DIRTY and had a hair on the saucer under the cup, they have tea and coffee. Only thing going for the room was the mattress was half decent. We went down stairs to the restaurant for dinner, one meal was nice the other arrived with under cooked chicken. we won't be staying there again the whole place needs a refurbishment its old and worn out.

The restaurant was clean, cozy, and budget-friendly! Despite the exterior and pricing not suggesting otherwise, it surpassed my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find air conditioning with heating and a hairdryer available. The cleanliness and comfortable bed made for a great stay. The owner was friendly and helpful throughout the booking and check-in process, which was seamless. We will definitely return in the future.

We stayed at the motel and had dinner at the restaurant. It was the best evening we could have asked for.

Disappointing food. Lady at the front desk who also served us didn't seem to want to be there.Used to be good many years ago. We won't be going back.

Love the flavours and the super friendly service. Nice to have authentic Asian dishes on the menu
