What a fantastic find! I stumbled upon this hidden gem today. This place is more than just a coffee shop - it's also a gift shop with beautiful old pieces that I absolutely loved. There are also other giftware and homewares available. You have to try their coffee, tea, cake, etc. Everything is served on recycled crockery and the seating is on recycled furniture in an old shed. The staff is friendly. I can't wait to c... View all feedback.

The website link leads to an American restaurant.

Funky coffee shop hidden away, they have the best coffee and cakes! Cute quirky decor and gift shop also, highly recommend if you're in the area or passing through
Cruising around on the bike on a perfect Autumn day led us to the lovely little town of Coolamon and to Ajanta. Lots of gifts and knick knacks in a very old but well restored tin shed. The service was great and the tea hit the spot.
This quaint, eclectic, rustic and generally fascinating coffee shop is in a small museum area of Coolamon, being behind the historical “Up to Date Store” a 1900 period shop, a wool cart and farm equipment museum and the local library. There is also an RSL museum and a fire brigade museum nearby. To my knowledge, they only serve tea, coffee, cakes and biscuits but have a diverse collection of gifts and display items that fit in with the museum theme of the location. All this in what is basically a big tin shed. They open 9.30 to 5.00 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and some long weekends.

A must visit when in Coolamon on a Friday/Saturday or Sunday. Treat yourself to fantastic coffee and an amazing range of homemade cakes, scones and biscuits. Find treasure in the vast range of homewares, eclectic giftware and vintage wares. A hidden gem well frequented by those in the know.
