I have visited this restaurant before and always enjoyed their steak supper, but tonight I tried the fish and chips and was not impressed. The batter was thick, soggy, and greasy, and could have been crispier. It seemed like the oil temperature was not high enough, as the batter soaked up too much oil. The taste of oil lingered all night and there was more batter than fish. I will not be ordering this dish again. View all feedback.
Just after we get our evening tea out of here absolutely gorgeous food a portion size was mega. staff the so friendly a helpful will definitely be back.
All pg chips I was are excellent beautiful fish, well cooked and presented, and generous help. best fish and chips I know in the opposite.

The best chip shop in Cookstown! Friendly staff, delicious food and a clean kitchen. Easy to order over the phone and by app. Reasonably priced too.
