However, I noticed the sign in the window... read more I visited this location at 9 p.m. and went through the drive-thru, but the speaker informed me that they were closed. However, I noticed the sign in the window said they were open, and I saw two employees outside smoking. It seemed they were too preoccupied with that to attend to customers. According to their posted hours online, they are supposed to be open until 10 p.m. Come on, Hardee's, you can do better!

They didn't communicate which items were out of stock, so after placing our order, we were told just a few minutes later that it wasn’t available. They offered us the option to pick something else, but when we tried to reorder, they told us we needed to request a refund instead. Ultimately, we chose to cancel our order. The manager didn't update us on whether our money would be refunded, and appeared unconcerned about our experience. We certainly won't be coming back.
