Made me pull in a parking spot and took over 30 mins to get my food along with the other only 2 cars in line. Garbage place, needs new management and employees. I and another guy walk up to the window. Guy wearing camouflage isrunning around the kitchen. Guy at window was a real winner. I wouldn?t advise anyone to stop here for food ever. I hope thisplace gets shut down and fixed. Hardee?s used to be a good place to get something to eat. Not this location it sure isn?t. I?mvery disappointed at Hardee?s

This location is understaffed to the point that it took over half an hour to get my order. Empty boxes were lined up to be filled quickly, but there initially w... read more This location is understaffed to the point that it took over half an hour to get my order. Empty boxes were lined up to be filled quickly, but there initially were only 2 staff members present. By the time a 3rd member arrived, they were already well behind, with no fires or onion rings available. The food was fresh at the very least, but to wait overi half an hour for it at a fast-food restaurant because the manager is obviously too inexperienced to have more staff on hand during the lunch rush is beyond ridiculous.

However, I noticed the sign in the window said they were open, and I saw two employees outside smoking. It seemed they were too preoccupied with that to attend to customers. According to their posted hours online, they are supposed to be open until 10 p.m. Come on, Hardee's, you can do better!

The doors to the parking lot were... read more I can't believe a fast food restaurant ran out of ketchup, Sprite, and Mellow Yellow, and didn't even have straws. Seriously? The doors to the parking lot were locked, which made it seem like they didn’t want anyone coming in. I ordered online to avoid the wait, but when I arrived, my order hadn't even been started yet. They served four people in the drive-thru before I finally got my food. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed like they just wanted to be anywhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would. However, I do have to say that the Frisco burger was fantastic, and the onion rings were great too, so at least there’s a silver lining.
