It was busy, but the service was good and we found our cakes and coffee to be very enjoyable. The cafe has a simple atmosphere, but we had a pleasant experience overall.

The prices were reasonable for what we received. The restaurant was quite busy, but we appreciated that it is dog-friendly, making it a safer option for pet owners. The toilets were clean and the seating area in the cafe was well-maintained. A friendly staff member was consistently cleaning tables as customers left, which was nice to see. There was a variety of food, cakes, sandwiches, and ice cream to choose from. Overall, we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the Captains Table.
