To be honest, Colwyn Bay could use a good fish and chip shop.

I think the chips were hand... read more Decided on a whim to have a take-away. We both had cod and chips, the fish was flaky and delicious and the batter light and crispy. I think the chips were hand made , irregular in size and perfectly cooked. Good value for money. Will definitely use again.

We ordered two fish and chips and a curry sauce. I must say, I was expecting a larger portion of fish for the price, and the curry sauce didn't taste like traditional curry sauce and was quite watery. However, I have to admit that even though the fish portion was more suited for a child, it was very tasty and the chips were delicious. I thought the price was a bit high for the size of the fish, especially since you can get larger and better quality fish locally for the same price.
