Grill Room - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Grill Room:
went there for dinner in the consideration that they have two venues in the hotel stick with bar, the grill was not great had never had a soggy salat, but did not do very helpful staff tonight, whatever they ask that they do not, although it was not worth extra price was very disappointed, even if they ask and they tell them probleme nit reacts. in the late afternoon for a bit in the grill room. was a bit insecure, which was expected after some of the negative reviews; but our meal was one of the best we had during our 3 overnight in Betws-y-coed. my man had the piri piri chicken putta, which had much spicy and came with mais on the cob, salat and chips that he enjoyed very much.
