This was the worst experience at a Wendy's I've ever had since they have come to San Antonio. The hamburger was tasteless and tough, the fries were cold and the service was terrible!
This Wendy’s has improved vastly, I’ve been here a few times over the last couple of years. The food is fresh hot these days. Even at almost 1 am. There’s another one nearby which stays open until 3 am, but that one is… yikes.I want to specify that Austin in particular has a great attitude and he delivered spectacular service. He was genuinely friendly and funny, which made me want to come back. I would say he made my night better, that’s going above and beyond. I also know how tiring late shifts can be. Please give him a raise, employee of the month, and recognition in general. I am critical and honest in my reviews, I would let you know if anything was wrong.
This Wendy’s is so trash. I believe the owner posted his number on the drive thru window. So if you feel you’re being given bad customer service please call that number and watch how fast they act right!
They gave me a salad through drive through without a fork. Do they expect me to just eat it with my hands?
Fries ? are a bit greasy. Definitely not fresh fries. I'll be back for a second time to see if improves. I'll keep everyone posted.
