I ordered my usual frozen coffee and glazed doughnut holes, but this time the coffee wasn’t blended properly, and the doughnuts had very little glaze on them. When I asked if I could get some extra glaze, they told me they couldn’t do that. I waited, hoping they might offer to replace it or something, but the woman taking orders just looked at me like I was speaking another language. So, we decided to leave. In retrospect, I should have asked for a refund, but they really should have addressed the issue or at the very least offered a refund since they couldn’t resolve it.
