The staff here is friendly and helpful. The food is also very good and from a large menu. The vibe encourages visits with friends, rather than family, but the customers were diverse and the staff were friendly. There is definitely potential for organized events/parties. The drinks and coffee menu is diverse and the cocktails and the Ristretto were very good. Prices are slightly above average for Constanta, but adequate for the location. Beware that they will not be serving food here at least until September 2016 (and it looks like the menu will be quite limited). Instead, they will soon be opening a restaurant with a view on the floor below. The staff were nice enough to give us a preview and the location is very pleasant.
