This time w... read more Me and my wife thought we will give this place another chance after utterly disgusting coffee (flat white and latte) we were served month or so ago. This time we were served warmed up semi skimmed milk which they call hot chocolate. I am a fan of Starbucks, but Consett’s branch seems to be the worst when it comes to drinks. I mean, how hard can it be, all other branches around can make an effort. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back there.

The staff were amazing with me and my... read more I went in to feed my baby and have a quick coffee. However, we ended being there for 4 hours due to my car breaking down. The staff were amazing with me and my 4 month old. Telling me it was fine my car was there, then noticing I was a little stressed due to what was happening and my son needed a nap and feed. I got him sorted and another lovely member of staff asked if I would like anything getting. Continuing to check on us; asking if we’d like the music turned down, etc, as we had to wait quite sometime for help. I am so grateful and it made a stressful experience a whole lot better than what could have been.
