It seems they might be using lower-quality meat lately, as the texture was quite off, reminding me of chewy grilled playdough. I once viewed Whataburger as a point of pride for Texas, but now it feels like a disappointment.

What’s even more frustrating is that no one seems to care, despite the countless negative reviews over the past few months—things just keep getting worse. The wait times are horrendous, the staff appears indifferent, the food quality is highly inconsistent, and any attempts at improvement only make matters worse. For example, they have someone outside taking drive-thru orders, but the person is positioned far from the menu, doesn’t offer one, and just approaches your car to ask what you want. The staff clearly isn’t paying attention and shows little respect for customers' time. It’s hard to find anything positive to say about this location. Update: eight months after my initial one-star rating, and the situation has only declined further.
