We also... read more We had to wait 15 minutes for our food to finish cooking, but when our order arrived, the burger and fries were cold while the apple pie was piping hot. We also ordered a salad but didn’t receive a fork or napkins. Additionally, the Sprite was very watered down.

When I went inside to find out what was causin... read more I waited curbside for 25 minutes when the app said my food would be ready just 6 minutes after placing the order. When I went inside to find out what was causing the delay, I was informed that they were out of some items from my order. Unfortunately, no one had come outside to let me know, which could have allowed me to change my order. I ended up having to request a refund through their online customer service, as they apparently can't process refunds in-store. This practice is unacceptable. The slow service at this location has been a recurring issue for years, and this experience was the last straw for me. I will no longer be visiting this restaurant and won't be using the app for ordering again.
