I ordered their smallest burger and a large drink for curbside pickup, but it arrived more than 25 minutes past the estimated time, even after I went inside to get my order. There was no apology, no compensation, and no sign of consideration. Sadly, this appears to be their usual approach.

We also ordered a salad but didn’t receive a fork or napkins. Additionally, the Sprite was very watered down.

My boyfriend and I stopped by after work around 10 PM since it’s conveniently close to our office. After placing our order and waiting in line, we noticed that there was no ketchup in our bag, even though we had specifically asked for it. We waited at the window for about 10 minutes, but the staff ignored us. When we finally got their attention, the employee had a poor attitude about giving us ketchup. They need to realize that working at a fast food restaurant means delivering good customer service, even for simple requests like ketchup. This location definitely needs to make some changes.

It seems they might be using lower-quality meat lately, as the texture was quite off, reminding me of chewy grilled playdough. I once viewed Whataburger as a point of pride for Texas, but now it feels like a disappointment.
