The woman who assisted me was named '... read more I had the most amazing experience today. After spending quite a while at the VA clinic, I decided to stop by for a burger. The woman who assisted me was named 'Luis,' according to my receipt. Unfortunately, my card didn’t go through, and I mentioned that I guess I wouldn’t be having that burger after all. To my surprise, she smiled and paid for it herself. I insisted that she didn’t have to do that, but she told me it was too late and asked me to take a seat. I used to work at Wendy's years ago, and I fell in love with the company and the food then.

After I called to explain the situation, I spoke with Stephanie, who appeared to be the manager or... read more I had an issue with my order during my visit to this Wendy's. After I called to explain the situation, I spoke with Stephanie, who appeared to be the manager or supervisor. She was very pleasant and understanding, with no hint of attitude. When I returned a couple of days later, Stephanie was there again and helped to correct my order. She was not only friendly but also very professional, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer.

My da... read more Breakfast baconator is possibly the most heavenly meal I could ever consume while watching true crime. Whoever cooked this for me this morning is my hero. My day has been infinitely improved by this amazing sandwich I could die for the cook. They deserve a pay raise.
