The waitress was so sorry that it happened and brought another dessert to compensate. We could not even begin to cut it with even a knife. Other than that , the meal and service were excellent.

They suggested we could find seating in the main area, but we would have to pay $25 for the private event happening in the adjacent room. When I explained that I already had guests on their way and requested that they accommodate us in the main area without the fee, considering it was their mistake, they refused and insisted that I would need to reschedule my event, which was less than an hour away. I have never experienced such poor treatment from a restaurant. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but this was truly the worst experience I've had. I had a party of 14 on the way, and I was canceled on just an hour before our reservation. What’s the point of making reservations if someone can simply call in days later and take your table away?
