Nestled in a bustling area, this restaurant boasts a charming ambiance and a lively atmosphere, drawing diners in with its unique decor and live music. While the food has garnered praise—especially the fish tacos and pizza—service consistency appears to be an issue. Patrons have reported long wait times for food, with some meals arriving lukewarm or delayed. Reservations seem to complicate seating arrangements, often leaving smaller parties waiting outside. Despite some service hiccups, the overall experience is enjoyable, with many guests eager to return for another chance to savor the delicious offerings in this vibrant venue.

Was Anonym at Pacific Yard House a mag?
went to see the fab 5 there at st Patty’s day. it was overcrowded as I expected for both. the personal has treated the amount well. if I had a complaint at all, it would be that the dance floor/the dance floor might have been a bit bigger, but it worked well. had a great time as usual and eating was great as always. keep them the good work pyh and we will continue to come back. What Anonym dislikes about Pacific Yard House:
I have a reservation for 4 by opentable and a confirmation number. at the arrival I was very rudely informed that they did not leave reservations for less than 10. I explained I had a confirmation number, but it wasn't important, and I told the girl that I don't appreciate the reservation being no matter because they are a lot empty tables, so she sat us right in front of the stage probably not back! Then, at 4:30 PM—just an hour and a half before our reservation—I received a call informing me that they had a last-minute auction event and had taken our table. They suggested we could find seating in the main area, but we would have to pay $25 for the private event happening in the adjacent room. When I explained that I already had guests on their way and requested that they accommodate us in the main area without the fee, considering it was their mistake, they refused and insisted that I would need to reschedule my event, which was less than an hour away. I have never experienced such poor treatment from a restaurant. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but this was truly the worst experience I've had. I had a party of 14 on the way, and I was canceled on just an hour before our reservation. What’s the point of making reservations if someone can simply call in days later and take your table away?
This restaurant is very family-friendly and a great spot for lunch! The pizza was delicious.
This is one of my favorite spots for lunch with friends. I’ve never tried anything from the menu that I wouldn’t order again. I highly recommend the Keto Nachos, which feature fresh pork rinds instead of tortilla chips. Just a heads up – it’s intended as an appetizer but is more than enough for two people. The ambiance is industrial chic, and the menu offers a delightful blend of Southern, BBQ, and Tex-Mex cuisine. Prices are reasonable, and the service is attentive without being intrusive. Regarding dietary restrictions, I typically order Keto meals. I’m not certain about the availability of vegetarian dishes, but there is a nice variety of salads. As for wheelchair accessibility, there are no stairs, and the aisles are spacious enough for easy navigation.
Update Still wonderful food. I 've visited numerous times in the last few months, and the food is always terrific! Last night (and every Tuesday night) was Caleb Hoelscher Singer/Songwriter Showcase Weekly Tuesday at 6:30 pm I really enjoyed his music and his guest 's music. They were acoustic, played songs I didn 't know (which I usually don 't enjoy), and were absolutely delightful. They are gifted songwriters. They were so entertaining, not only with their music, but with their great personalities. They weren 't over the top trying to be funny, but they are probably naturally very interesting people, and funny is just part of the entertainment. The music added to the experience and didn 't overtake the experience. My son and I ordered appetizer after appetizer until we couldn 't eat anymore. We started with the wings... smoked then fried. If you like smoked, you 'll love them. Then we had the nachos. Yum! We finished with the quesadillas. Terrific! The service was great, too. I don 't usually comment on the crowd unless I didn 't like the way they behaved, but this crowd was really nice. They appreciated the performers, enjoyed the Astros game, and socialized with each other. It was a terrific experience! I think I 'll go back tonight (Wednesday) for Trivia Night and possibly Friday for the entertainment and drink special. I didn 't mention the large menu of beers; they have a bunch! Parking: There 's parking all down the RR tracks on both sides of the through street. There 's more parking between the restaurant and the furniture store and even more parking on the other side of the furniture store. If the mortgage company building is closed for the night, you can park in their lot, too. Kid friendliness: Lots of kids enjoy this place. There 's plenty of food options they 'll enjoy. Wheelchair accessibility: The curb has lowered spots, and walking into the place has no steps, just a grade from the sidewalk all the way inside. I didn 't see a way that the door would stay open while someone used both hands to get a wheelchair in one their own, but I may have missed it.
