When we decided to eat outside on the tailgate, we were met with cars speeding through the drive-thru. This experience was unacceptable, and I will be advising everyone to avoid this place. It might be best for you to close down. At noon, the staff member informed us that they hadn't even started cooking the chicken yet.

I visited on February 25th of this year a... read more I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to their exceptional customer service and quick food delivery. I visited on February 25th of this year and accidentally placed a lunch order during breakfast hours using the Wendy’s app. As I was an out-of-state visitor, I was unfamiliar with the rules regarding this situation. However, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful in explaining the issue and guiding me through the resolution process. Shortly after, the manager reached out to me via email, ensuring everything was sorted out so I could come in for a new meal to fully resolve the situation. Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated kindness and understanding. The food I received was hot and fresh, and the service was outstanding. Overall, despite my initial mistake, my entire experience was fantastic.

However, the details on the coupon... read more We had a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon for buy one chicken sandwich get one free. Pretty excited my sibling headed over to Wendy's. However, the details on the coupon didn't specify breakfast or lunch and the mobile app accepted our order; upon arrival the employee regrettably informed us the order had to be cancelled. Unfortunately cancelling on the app was not successful. That being said, Natalie the manager at this location reached out and rectified the situation going up and beyond. I was pretty surprised and grateful for the awesome guest service! Ty so much Natalie we appreciate your time and hard work <3
