Wendy's - Conroe

We had to buy a T-Mobile Tuesday voucher for a chicken sandwich to get a free. Pretty excited that my sibling went to Wendy's. However, the details of the coupon did not include breakfast or lunch, and the mobile app accepted our order; on arrival, the employee has unfortunately informed us of the order. Unfortunately, the cancellation on the app was not successful. That is, Natalie, the manager at this point reached and corrected the situation on and beyond. I was quite surprised and grateful for the great guest service! Ty so much Natalie we appreciate your time and hard work <3

Keeta, the manager was so nice! I could tell her crew liked working with her too. Everyone that worked there was in a good mood. That goes to show if you have good managers directing a good crew then everyone is happy...including this customer. Thank you!!

I love the SOB Burger so much!!! It used to be the big bacon classic (what I see has returned) then the Baconator came out. Too much bacon for me, so the SOB's going now.

Would be nice to see Wendy's staff smile . Food was as expected. I suppose it could've just been reflective of weather

We go to this location fairly often and the staff are nice but the order accuracy is pretty annoying. It's always a wild guess if the contents in the bag match the ticket and unfortunately they rarely do.
