What Anonym dislikes about Subway:
This underground restaurant is the worst - it has dirty floors and a dirty bathroom. The toilet handle was broken and the food was old. There was a limited menu and I would never eat here again. They do not honor customer loyalty program credits. View all feedback.

The manager is not pleasant. they are always short staff and a guy is very rude. the sign on the door says they are open on Sunday at 9 o'clock. the door was closed, and the guy in there told me they were open at 11:00. try the subway down 1488 or the in alden bridge. much better service. this is very bad and neither the manager nor the subway takes care.

The employee handled a customer's food and rang them up. While doing so, she sneezed and then covered her mouth with her hand. She then proceeded to put on gloves without washing her hands. I had to tell her to wash her hands. This is one of the main reasons why I no longer go to Subway. This has happened at many locations where the staff do not wash their hands or change their gloves after handling money and before handling food. I will not be returning to Subway again. The company as a whole needs to improve their training on proper food handling procedures.

We had a bad experience for the first time at this place. the brot was hard. there were no black olives or pfeffers. also the chocolate cookies were hard.
