We had a bad experience for the first time at this place. the brot was hard. there were no black olives or pfeffers. also the chocolate cookies were hard.
Two sandwiches ordered. on the first, the memory forget to add the right toppings. the second sandwich was 100% wrong. instead of calling us to let us know that they were out of truthahn, they went forward and substituted with sink. I don't drink, which is why I chose to start truthahn. they also put jalapeño sauce on my sandwich. I am extremely allergic to jalapeños and any kind of pfeffer. I had an allergic reaction and threw all the sandwich away after three bites. the brot was soggy and just so sad. I hope no one has a bad order today.
This underground restaurant is the worst - it has dirty floors and a dirty bathroom. The toilet handle was broken and the food was old. There was a limited menu and I would never eat here again. They do not honor customer loyalty program credits.
I placed an order for curbside pickup. I pulled up to the front door and the person just looked at me. I could see my order, so I finally went in asked if that was my order, the only order sitting on the shelf, the person said I don’t know, you’ll have to look. There weren’t any other customers in there, so she wasn’t busy helping anyone. I started getting my order and she said oh, I was going to bring that out to you, but I saw this delivery sitting on the table and I wanted to see what it is. So I got my order myself and she said we don’t have any large lids either. And started talking to her co-worker and walked off. I got my drink and left. She never even said thanks or anything. Terrible customer service!
