This location has a lack of dedicated employees which results in horrible customer service. I waited over 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order because they only had the drive thru open. If I had not already paid for my order of multiple items I would have turned around. All I wanted was some Starbucks happiness to start my workday. It turned into the longest wait ever in a line that wrapped around the building. So frustrating ?

I?ve visited this location 3 times. They have skimmed me on their ?double? espresso twice and a triple once. I?d like a proper serving if I?m charged for it. The exact recipe that I?m ordering... and for the love of god, whoever is ordering inventory for this place needs to be fired. They are always out of everything. You know you?re going to be busy. You ran out last time, so this time, I suggest ordering more. Simple.

For example I ask for a ham and cheese croissant and they don?t have it, then I try to get a chocolate one , and they are also out and they proceed to tell me that they don?thave any croissant at all. We decided to just order pumpkin bread instead, and they were out of that too! Ended up just gettingthe lemon bread because it was the only bread available. This also goes for drink toppings such as the Carmel ribbon crunchtopping and strawberry for the refresher. Besides the inventory issue it?s a good location.

They are always out of something and normally never friendly. But today literally every item we tried to order they were out of. Outof pumpkin bread, out of blonde expresso, out of pumpkin spice, out of oat Milk. We just left empty handed.
